Big-company experience, small-business focus
For more than 15 years I've helped large organizations solve messy, everyday problems with technology. I've worked hands-on with Microsoft 365, SharePoint (Microsoft's file-sharing and intranet tool), Azure (Microsoft's cloud platform), and Copilot Studio (Microsoft's tool for building custom AI assistants), the same tools many small businesses already have and rarely get the full value from.
Over and over I saw the same thing. The biggest wins weren't the big projects. They were small, practical fixes: a form that saved someone an hour a day, a reminder that stopped things from slipping, a template that made every quote look professional.
Small businesses deserve those same fixes without the big-company price tag. That's why I started SP Remedy.
Lately I've been putting AI to work for businesses right here at home, and the results have surprised even me:
- A website refresh in a few hours. A local business had a dated website. I used AI to give it a clean, modern look without touching a word of their content.
- A phone app for tracking mileage. Another local business was stuck with a clunky mileage tracking system. I used AI to build a simple phone app that works with the system they already had, so they didn't have to switch.
- A mobile app for reservation requests. A Cape Cod business took reservation requests through Microsoft 365. I built a mobile app that plugs right into that setup, so requests are easy to handle on the go.
Work like this used to take a big budget and months of development. With AI, it's fast and affordable, and it builds on what you already use. That's why I started SP Remedy.
How I work
- Problems first, technology second. I start by listening. If AI isn't the right answer, I'll say so.
- Use what you have. I build on the tools you already pay for whenever I can, so there's no new system to learn.
- Fixed prices, written down. You see the price before any work starts.
- You own it. I train you and your team and leave plain-English instructions. You won't depend on me to keep it running.
- Careful with your data. I bring the careful habits I learned working with large organizations to every fix, whatever the size.
- Local and in person. I'm glad to come to your shop, office, or job site.
