AI is software that can read, write, and answer simple questions in everyday language, a bit like a fast assistant who never gets tired. You may have heard of ChatGPT, or Copilot (Microsoft's AI assistant built into Microsoft 365). We use the same kind of tool for everyday chores: texting back missed callers, drafting quotes and replies, reading receipts, and answering common questions on your website. It runs inside tools you already use, it works from your information, and anything important waits for your OK. AI can get things wrong, so we set it up so you stay in charge and can check its work.

The Time-Saver Review is free. Setup for a starter fix starts between $450 and $1,250, depending on the fix, and every price is posted on our Pricing page, with details on each fix on our Starter Fixes page. Each fix includes one training session and 30 days of support. Your one-page fix plan gives you one exact, fixed price before any work begins. You pay 50% to start and 50% at go-live.

Some fixes have an optional monthly price, and optional Care plans start at $99/mo, month to month with no contract. Bundles save you money when fixes go together. If a fix needs a third-party subscription, you pay that company directly, and we'll tell you the cost up front in your fix plan. Fixes aren't billed by the hour. Ad hoc help outside a fix is $125/hr, only if you ask for it.

Usually not. Most fixes are built on tools you already pay for, like Microsoft 365, Copilot, Google Workspace, your calendar, or your accounting software. If a fix really does need something new, your plan will say what it is, why you need it, and what it costs, so you can decide.

We take care with your information on every fix. Joe has spent 15+ years working with technology in large organizations and brings the same careful habits to every small business. We use the settings already built into your accounts, give each fix access only to what it needs, and keep your customer information in the tools you control whenever we can. We'll explain in plain words where your information goes, so you can decide what you're comfortable with.

Every fix plan spells out what the fix should do. If it doesn't do that once it's set up, we'll keep working on it at no extra charge until it does. If we can't get it there, you get a full refund. This guarantee covers our fixed-price fixes. It doesn't apply to ad hoc hourly work or to any work your plan clearly lists as time and materials.

It depends on the fix. Many starter fixes are small and can be set up fairly quickly, but we'd rather give you an honest estimate than a catchy promise. Your fix plan includes a realistic timeline for your business.

No. You own what we build for you, and you get the training and documentation to run it yourself. If you'd like ongoing help, our optional Care plans (Care Basic $99/mo, Care Plus $199/mo) are month to month with no contract, so you can cancel anytime. You won't need us to keep things running.
